Welcome to PinPointMarriage.com, the online Matrimonial Service Provider. In order to use the services provided by PinPointMarriage.com, you must register as a member of PinPointMarriage.com and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This Agreement (Terms of Use) sets out the legally binding terms for your membership. This Agreement is subject to modifications without any prior notice.

1. The Eligibility Criteria:

The Matrimonial Service is not for use by Minors. You must be of legal marriageable age or over as per the laws of the country you reside in, to register as a member of PinPointMarriage.com or use this Site. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By registering with this Site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony. You also agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If at any time PinPointMarriage.com is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, PinPointMarriage.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

2. The Term:

As long as you use the site or remain to be a Member at PinPointMarriage.com, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason by following the instructions that have been provided in your folder. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees. PinPointMarriage.com may terminate your access to the Site or your membership at any time, for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to PinPointMarriage.com. If PinPointMarriage.com terminates your membership because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees. Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions will remain in effect including sections 3,4,5,7,9 -14, inclusive, of this Agreement.

3. The Non-Commercial Use of Site and Services by Members:

Your membership at PinPointMarriage.com is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. The site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. This includes providing links to other websites, whether deemed competitive to PinPointMarriage.com or otherwise. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

4. Other Terms of Use by Members:

  • PinPointMarriage.com reserves the right in it's sole discretion to review the activity & status of each account & block the account of a member based on such review.
  • You cannot use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate / contact / respond / interact with PinPointMarriage.com and/or its members.
  • PinPointMarriage.com reserves the right to screen communications/messages that you may send to other Member(s) and also regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Member.

5. Proprietary Rights in Content on PinPointMarriage.com:

PinPointMarriage.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the site as well as the services. The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of PinPointMarriage.com. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information, except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission. Any such act or an attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by PinPointMarriage.com without refund of any of your unused Subscription fees.

6. Content Posted on the Site:

PinPointMarriage.com has the authority to delete any content, messages, photos or profiles that in the sole judgment of PinPointMarriage.com violate the Terms of Use or which might be objectionable, offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of the site or its Members.

  • You, as a member, would be solely responsible for the content that you decide to publish or display at PinPointMarriage.com or choose to send to the members at PinPointMarriage.com.
  • By posting the content to any public area of PinPointMarriage.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to PinPointMarriage.com, and its Members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, display, copy, perform and distribute such information and content and incorporate into other works or to prepare derivative works of, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.
  • PinPointMarriage.com is subject to Web Promotion for a world wide coverage. Your profile posted on the site would also be picked up by the Search Engine (Google, Yahoo, Altavista etc.) and listed on various searches.
  • The following is a partial list of the kind of content that is illegal or prohibited at PinPointMarriage.com. The site will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the being a part of the services and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund.     • displays pornographic or obscene or sexually explicit material of any kind;
    • provides any kind of instructional information about illegal activities such as violating someone's privacy, making or buying illegal weapons, or providing or creating computer viruses, or hacking;
    • solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
    • provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
  • You must use the PinPointMarriage.com Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • You may not disclose in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, postal addresses, last names, URL's, and email addresses besides the columns that are meant for the same.
  • You may not engage in advertising / marketing to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the site. Although PinPointMarriage.com cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect our Members from such advertising or solicitation, PinPointMarriage.com reserves the right to restrict the number of emails which a Member may send to other Members which PinPointMarriage.com deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

7. Copyright Policy :

You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. 10. Disputes:

If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Thodupuzha, Kerala, India only

PinPointMarriage.com does not claim ownership of Content you submit or make available for inclusion on the Service.

12. Limitation on Liability:

In no event will PinPointMarriage.com be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits arising from your use of the Site or the PinPointMarriage.com Service, even if PinPointMarriage.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 13. Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold PinPointMarriage.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

14. Payment and Refund Issue :

  • All the payments would be accepted on standard modes set by PinPointMarriage.com.
  • As we at PinPointMarriage.com keep up high interactions with our clients and carry out entire process with their approval thus there is no provision for any kind of full or partial refund. We clearly mention here that paid amount would not be refund in any circumstances.
  • Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled as it is sent for processing immediately. Your personal preferences changed in the course of time, cannot serve a reason for refund or charge back.

NB: The Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Thodupuzha/Indian Territory. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced

15. Other :

  • By becoming a Member of the PinPointMarriage.com.com service, you agree to receive certain specific email from PinPointMarriage.com or its affiliates.
  • This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the PinPointMarriage.com service, contains the entire agreement between you and PinPointMarriage.com regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
  • You should access and view the contents of this website only if you wish to agree with all the content stated above and ensuring that you are fully aware of all the terms and conditions.
